A rare organic apple banana, nurtured by the sun and soil of Ginoza Village, Okinawa
"KOUKI FARM," which grows organic apple bananas in Ginoza Village, Okinawa Prefecture.
Taking advantage of the rich natural environment of Ginoza Village—known as the “Village of Water, Greenery, and Sun”—we carefully cultivate each plant one by one without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. These small, rare apple bananas are prized for their apple-like aroma, rich sweetness, and chewy texture. We deliver the bounty of Okinawa’s land to people across the nation.

A Rare Apple Banana Nurtured by the Nature of Ginoza
KOUKI FARM grows apple bananas, which are rare even in Okinawa. They are cultivated slowly over time in the unique natural environment of Ginoza Village, which features red soil, abundant sunshine, and sea breezes. They are characterized by a rich aroma and intense sweetness that set them apart from ordinary bananas.

Bringing “Delicious” into the Future: Organic Farming with a Commitment to Quality
KOUKI FARM has earned JAS organic certification and is committed to farming that harnesses the power of nature. We carefully tend to each plant, monitoring its growth step by step until harvest. In addition, we develop and sell processed products made from apple bananas, sharing the charm of Okinawa straight from our farm. Currently, the farm also offers “Happy Banana Cake,” made with 100% apple bananas from Ginoza Village.
