Brand Story and Origin of the Name

The name MAPE SOAP comes from **Nosodake (also known as Nosoko Marpei)**, which rises in the northern part of Ishigaki Island.
From the top of the mountain, you can see the tropical rainforest, the clear sky, the blue ocean that Ishigaki Island is famous for, and the horizon that makes you feel the roundness of the earth. Nosoko Marpei is also a symbol of the sad love story in Ishigaki Island.
