GAJUMARU is a weekly select pop-up held at Naha Airport International Flight. Visitors include international travelers from Taiwan and other countries, as well as tourists from all over Japan who love Okinawa. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave the booth for lunch or a restroom break?

Yes, it is possible. When leaving the booth, an away board will be set up in the booth and the person in charge of the assembly cashier will ask you to leave (please pick up your away tag at the assembly cashier). However, as a general rule, please manage your booth by yourself.

Can I leave the fixtures and POP after business hours?

Yes, it is possible. However, to prevent theft or damage, we recommend that you put all items together in a case and cover it with a table cloth. The airport is not responsible for theft or damage of equipment and fixtures at the airport side.

Do you have parking space? Is there a fee?

Each vendor will be provided with a free parking pass for up to one car in the P3 parking lot. However, we will not be able to guarantee a parking space, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Can I temporarily park my car nearby when bringing in/out my belongings?

Yes, temporary parking is allowed in the area adjacent to the Naha Airport Multi-Story Parking Lot. However, please be careful not to park for long periods of time or cause inconvenience to the general public. If you have a lot of luggage, please consult with the secretariat in advance.

What should I do if an item I am selling is damaged or stolen?

The management of merchandise is the responsibility of the stall holder. In the event of any problems, please contact our staff as soon as possible.

What do you do when a customer requests a return or refund?

Communication with customers is basically at the discretion of the stall owner. If you need to process a refund, please contact our staff.

What if I am unable to open a stall due to illness or urgent business?

Please be sure to contact us in advance. In principle, the exhibitor fee will not be refunded if you are absent on the day of the exhibition.

If I want to cancel my stall, will there be a cancellation fee?

Depending on timing, cancellation fees may apply. Please check the stall opening guidelines for details.

I would like to open a stall. When should I contact you by?

As a rule, we ask for at least one week's notice, but depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your request.

If the airport is closed due to a typhoon, etc., will the exhibition fee be refunded?

If the airport itself is closed due to a natural disaster, the exhibitor fee will be refunded. We will inform you of the refund method on an individual basis.
