On August 6, 2025 (Wed.), "GAJUMARU" had its grand opening at Naha Airport International Flight Area.
The store was created as a place where visitors can encounter "Okinawan-ness" before and after their trip, with a variety of brands, including Okinawan specialties, crafts, soul food, and apparel, changing every week.

What is GAJUMARU?

We are making Okinawan things, things, and people more freely and accessible.

GAJUMARU" is a select gift store where young Okinawan creators and popular brands appear on a weekly basis.
Like a banyan tree, it is a place for new encounters and transmission of information, with its roots spreading and its branches spreading like a banyan tree.

It is a space where tourists and business travelers alike can casually drop by before departing from Okinawa or immediately after arriving in Okinawa, delivering unexpected discoveries.

From snacks, clothing, and accessories to sundries, the lineup is unique to Okinawa.

A little bit about the first day

The entire space is based on an open, white color scheme to allow the individuality of each brand to shine through. Stores of the same make are lined up side by side, but all are decorated with rich individuality.
On the first day of the opening, many customers immediately visited the store and listened to the stories behind the products.
